A designer who wishes to submit a portfolio for GENRESTYLE.COM’s consideration will be required to agree to additional terms and conditions applicable to the submission. A designer who is selected by GENRESTYLE.COM for listing on the Website will be required to agree to separate terms and conditions applicable to the listing and sale of the designer’s items on the Website.

User expressly agrees that use of the Website, services, and Materials is at User’s sole risk. 11. Payment Verification.
GENRESTYLE.COM reserves the right to refuse service or decline orders submitted through Amazon.com for any reason. Accordingly, GENRESTYLE.COM may request written verification and proof of a user’s identity by supplying us with a copy of government issued photo identification at its sole discretion.

12. Pricing.
GENRESTYLE.COM reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update pricing information at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price,GENRESTYLE.COM has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product at the incorrect price. IRF has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, IRF will work with Amazon.com to issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We hope this will not cause you undue inconvenience.

13. Risk of Loss.
All items purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items does not pass to the buyer until the goods are presented at the destination.

14. Return Policy.
We strive to achieve customer satisfaction with every sale. We do not accept returns of one-of-a-kind pieces. For all other items, we accept returns if postmarked 30 days from the date of shipping as long as the product is in new condition and has not been worn. All items should be returned directly to the designer via a shipping service that provides confirmation of delivery to the recipient. If the item is returned because it does not fit properly, the designer will have an opportunity to replace the item with the correct size. For all other timely returns, the customer will receive a refund. Please see our FAQ’s for more information.
Please note that because the colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or graphics specifications, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact color of an item displayed.

15. Arbitration.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate GENRESTYLE.COM’s intellectual property rights, GENRESTYLE.COM may seek injunctive, equitable, or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court and the User consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the states and federal courts in the State of Arizona.
